Yes, the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war ended on November 10th, 2020 with a trilateral ceasefire agreement was signed between Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia.
On the morning of 27 September 2020 Azerbaijan with the support of Turkey and mercenaries from Syria attacked Armenian forces in the region of Nagorno-Karabakh or Artsakh breaking the ceasefire agreement signed in 1994.
Azerbaijan used Turkish and Israeli drones as well as banned munitions in civilian areas and white phosphorus bombs. There were numerous documented human rights violations on Azerbaijani side including killings of civilian’s and POVs, bombing of hospitals, schools, churches and other residential areas. Azerbaijan captured numerous cities and villages including Hadrut and Shushi and thousands of buildings were destroyed leaving tens of thousand people refuges.
The agreement signed on November 10th ended the war, Russian peacekeepers entered the area and some of the territories were given to Azerbaijan. They were no major military clashes after the agreement but there are still Armenian POV’s remaining in captivity in Azerbaijan.
